Shipping policy

Standard delivery on all domestic orders within Singapore is $5. The delivery time for standard delivery is 1-4 working days, following receipt of the e-mail with the delivery confirmation. 

Please leave a contact number on your order confirmation for ease of delivery or rescheduling. 

International Deliveries 

For international deliveries, we use standard delivery which means that, depending on your location, you should receive the Products within 6-12 working days following receipt of the e-mail with the delivery confirmation. The delivery costs will be shown upon your check-out. 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that any duties and taxes payable in the countries outside of Singapore are the responsibility of the recipient. Sunbird has no control over import fees and these will be the responsibility of the recipient prior to delivery.
