Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Before returning anything, email us at sunbirdshirts@gmail.com for return authorisation.

However, please note that print inconsistencies are an intentional feature of our handcrafted process. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for print variations, colour differences, or alignment irregularities. These characteristics are what make each shirt unique and are considered part of the design.

By purchasing our hand-printed shirts, you're embracing the beautiful imperfections that come with authentic craftsmanship.

Return Requirements:

Items must be unused and in original condition
All tags must remain attached
Original packaging must be intact
Receipt or proof of purchase required

Important Shipping Notes:

You arrange for and pay return shipping costs
We recommend you use tracked shipping or purchase insurance
We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns

Online Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you confirmation along with approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, whether purchased online or in-store.

Exchanges

We will replace defective products at no cost to you. However, as above, please note that print inconsistencies are an intentional feature of our handcrafted process. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for print variations, colour differences, or alignment irregularities.
